When Can I See the Results?
You will need to treat your skin carefully for the first day or so after treatment. We will provide you with a full set of aftercare instructions, including keeping your skin highly moisturized, avoiding direct sunlight, and avoiding the use of certain products including makeup.
Your skin will likely start to peel around day 3 after your treatment, revealing fresher skin beneath. Be sure to keep the skin hydrated and avoid any products with exfoliators. Also do not try to pick at or peel the skin yourself – allow it to slough off naturally. Redness and peeling should be complete by the end of the first week after your treatment, though some additional light peeling may still occur. This is the time when you can get a good sense of your improved skin tone, with some further improvement over the next few weeks as collagen rebuilding occurs.
